Brian Librach's career in retail is a testament to his belief that success isn't solely the product of pedigree, but of perseverance and passion.

Brian's retail roots run deep, with a lineage of retailers and merchants stretching back to his father and grandfather. Starting his work life in the 7th grade at a local pizzeria, he quickly transitioned to apparel retail in White Plains, New York at 16. Known for his dynamic energy and distinctive look, he has consistently pushed the boundaries of what's expected in retail management.

Launching his career at the young age of 21, Brian quickly established himself as a District Manager, rising to become a Regional Director by 25. His trajectory continued upward, and by 35, he was a Director of Stores, later ascending to the role of VP of Stores for Urban Outfitters at 38, running operations in the US and Canada. Since then, he also served as VP of Stores and Operations at Pacific Sunwear, as well as most recently running stores internationally in Canada for Old Navy.

Now residing on the sunny West Coast of Florida with his wife Mell, son Jax, their Bullmastiff and Boxer pups, and two parrots, Dolly and Apollo, Brian continues to embody his passion for coaching, mentoring, and leading the next generation of retail stars with The Retail Leader’s Roadmap.
